Items shipped using Australia Post or Sendle

(Note Sendle can not ship to a PO Box)

  • Post bags of, 500g, 3kg and 5kg, which include tracking.
  • We deliver parcels by Australia Post (trackable parcel). Larger parcels are sent via Courier.
  • Delivery times: Australia wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas): 4-7 Business Days; and Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory: 7-10 Business Days.
  • If you have special instructions as to where to leave the parcel please include it in the “Add a note to your order” area at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours following payment. (weekend orders will be processed on the next business day).
  • We do not take responsibility if buyer does not give clear instructions at the time of order.

PLEASE NOTE; Parcel Post Bags and Express Post bags are traceable but do not require a signature for delivery. We do not accept responsibility for parcels once they have been scanned as delivered.

At True Hemp Culture we understand our obligation to ensure that you receive your orders. In the rare event that an order should be lost, or damaged, be assured that the problem will be rectified asap.

Out of Stock Items: In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email and/or telephone. You can then confirm if you would like your order to be placed on backorder or out of stock item costs to be refunded to your account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently our shopping cart does not allow for international shipping but it can be arranged by simply emailing us your order and we will reply with a competitive freight quote for your chosen destination.
