So it’s true, I hate to admit it but yes folks I am well and truly into the age of menopause. No big surprise here and i’m not alone I know. So why bother to write my first blog about it? Well I just wanted everyone to know about the unexpected benefit of taking Hemp seed and Hemp seed oil. Drum roll please…….. NO MORE HOT FLASHES….
Yes it’s true. No HRT, no expensive supplements, I just starting eating Hemp. I didn’t even notice at first, just stop getting the flashes, then I stopped eating Hemp for a few weeks and you guessed. They returned.

Hemp seed is also great at combating inflammation due to the GLA as well as help to prevent or help with osteoporosis that can come at menopause. Hemp also helps with depression and memory loss with the omega 3’s in this nutrient rich food.
